Classical profile allowing to get a complex education in the radio engineering sphere. Specialists prepared according to the program of this profile have very high level of the modern knowledge and the skills, allowing to work in any branch anyway connected to maintenance and design of specialized radio engineering devices.

This year, at the FRE Department specialists (one group) and BA (three groups) defended their graduation works at the same time. Also defended their thesis one master.

Employees of the FRE department Alexandr Pilipenko and Vadim Biryukov participated in the XII International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications (SIBCON-2016) that will take place in Moscow, Russia, May 12–14, 2016 and aimed to offers opportunities to exchange ideas on the latest advance in communication and control system.

Student Conference 2016

On February 18, 2016 FRE department held the Student Scientific Conference. This year, the section of the Fundamentals of Radio Engineering was organized by two subsections: 1) RF signals and its processing, 2) Methods, algorithms and devices of Radio Engineering measurements.

Theme of graduates works

At the FRE department in 2016 the defenses of graduates works of bachelors, specialists and masters in the areas of "Radio Engineering" and "Information Technologies and Communications systems" will be held. Elective course in English

The last lesson of the elective course on radio engineering disciplines in English in the fall semester was held by associate professor M.V. Orda-Zhigulina, December 5, 2015.

This course is designed to help students improve their English language skills for professional purposes. The main focus will be on developing practical skills understanding of professionally oriented information.
